A medical evaluation centre called Medical Evaluation Centre (MEC) East has been established at No. 5 Air Force Hospital, Jorhat wef 01 June 2005. It will be the approved medical centre at Jorhat, Assam instead of the Senior Medical Officer, Air Force Station, Jorhat, Assam. It will carry out all medical evaluation similar to IAM and AFCME except initial medical examination |
