Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) Section 2 Series 'O' Part II (Operation of Commercial Air Transport - aeroplanes) and Section 2 Series 'I' Part V (Flight Data Recorders) has been amended in compliance with Amendment 31 to ICAO Annex 6  Part I. 

Comments are invited on the proposed CAR/ amendments from all concerned operators and relevant agencies/ organisations. Nil comments may also be forwarded.
