Notice inviting comments

Comments are invited on:

Draft Civil Aviation Requirements (CAR) Section 3 Series 'X' Part I - Accreditation of an organization for conducting third party audit.

Also with the issue of the above CAR the following para would be inserted as para 4.4 in CAR Section 2 Series 'A' Part IV and CAR Section 8 Series 'A' Part II.

"4.4 The operators/ organisations shall ensure that an external audit (3rd Party Audit) is carried out at least two years by an organisation accredited by DGCA for the purpose. Operators/ organisations shall take appropriate action on the findings of such external audit report and internal report shall be submitted to DGCA along with the application for renewal of Air Transport Operator's Permit or approved maintenance organisations as the case may be."
