Notice inviting comments Amendment to CAR CAR Section 7 -
Flight Crew Standards Training and Licensing |

CAR Section 7 - Flight Crew Standards Training and Licensing Series 'D' Part I - Approval of Flying Training Institutes has been amended in compliance with ICAO Annex 1. The amendment requires Flying Training Institutes to have an organised ground training setup either in their own establishment or to have a suitable arrangement with other Training Institutes having adequate infrastruture and appropriate instructors. |
| Comments are invited on the proposed amendment from all concerned flying training institutes. These should reach DGCA by 15th February 2006 by e-mail at kgohain@dgca.nic.in or by post to “Shri K.
